Prayers During Eucharistic Adoration

Father Benedict Groeschel lists four kinds of prayer most appropriate in the presence of the Holy Eucharist:

Adoration and Praise
Thanksgiving
Repentance
Trusting Intercession

Some additional suggestions during private Eucharistic Adoration:

Sit quietly while being in the presence of God
Ask for forgiveness and intercede for others
Pray the Rosary
Meditate using Holy Scripture
Call upon the Saints to pray with you
Recite prayers inspired during this time
Pray the Psalms
Recite the Liturgy of the Hours
Rest in the Holy Spirit
